Panels built to a schedule, not to a photograph
Every panel we build starts as a wiring schedule and a layout drawing. Components are placed for access and heat, not for how quickly the door can be closed. Every conductor is ferruled with the number that appears on the schematic, so tracing a fault five years from now is a matter of reading rather than guessing.
Panels are load tested before they leave the shop. On a retrofit, the panel is also dry-tested against the PLC and HMI program on the bench before it goes anywhere near your machine.
What we build
- PLC and automation panels for machine control, including the panels that go with our grinding machine retrofits.
- Machine operator consoles — push-buttons, selectors and HMI laid out for the operator's reach and sightline.
- MCC panels for motor control and distribution.
- Custom design and fabrication to your drawings, or to drawings we produce from your requirement.
As-built drawings, every time
A panel without a current drawing is a panel that will one day be rewired by guesswork. Every panel leaves with as-built drawings that reflect what is actually inside it — including any change agreed during the build. That is the same principle behind handing over unlocked PLC source code: the plant that owns the machine should be able to maintain it.
Standalone panel work
You do not need to be retrofitting a machine with us to buy a panel. Machine builders and plants with their own maintenance teams order panels from us to their own specification, and we are comfortable working to a drawing we did not produce.
